Map request

Post by King Alex on Sat Nov 02, 2013 8:07 pm

I was told to make a topic about getting map packs for totalwar and troy2 because I can't download them off the server. I need all the wavs, wads, mdls, and bsp for both maps.

totalwar:

troy2:

The troy2 directory structure in the archive, off of the tfc directory is correct for everything. The reason things got messed up is because the directory structure ABOVE the tfc directory has changed with recent updates.

For example, the wad files go in the tfc directory.

The instructions for installing totalwar which can be found in the totalwar_info.txt file in the download are also correct from the tfc directory down.

The tfc directory is typically in C:\Program Files\ Steam\SteamApps\common\Half-Life directory

If you have any problems or questions post back and I'll help if I can.

There is no sierra directory any more but everything from the tfc directory on down is in the correct location(so, for example, you need a security subdirectory in the sound directory.
Note: rename the security.wad file as ALL lowercase rather than all uppercase.

Are the other maps working properly for you now?
